Dennis was formerly a managing partner with Herrick & Hart, Eau Claire, Wisconsin, where he practiced for 28 years, representing product manufacturers and insurance companies in claims alleging product defect and negligence. Dennis also has extensive commercial litigation experience including trade secret and breach of fiduciary duty claims. He has tried cases throughout Wisconsin including federal district court. Dennis has successfully argued cases before the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, Wisconsin Supreme Court and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America and Wisconsin Super Lawyers.
