Randall G. Vickery Partner

Randy Vickery is lead counsel of the firm's Corporate Practice Group and Environmental Practice Group. He and his team serve clients in numerous industries, including food and beverage, chemicals, entertainment, insurance, real estate, transportation, and manufacturing and service businesses, among others.

In his corporate practice, Randy represents clients in entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, institutional finance, employment, intellectual property and a broad range of general corporate matters.

Randy concentrates his environmental practice on regulatory compliance, product recall, environmental litigation and the assessment and management of environmental issues and potential liabilities in the acquisition and divestiture of business operations and real estate.

Randy has lectured on a variety of law firm management, law firm marketing and environmental law topics and published articles in The National Law Journal, Chicago Daily Law Bulletin and the Illinois Business Journal, among others.
