Ms. Flavin obtained her degree of Applied Science in Legal Assistant Technology in 1996, magna cum laude, from Pellissippi State Technical Community College in Knoxville, Tennessee. In 1999, Ms. Flavin obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Human Resources from Trevecca University, cum laude, in Nashville, Tennessee. Ms. Flavin graduated with her juris doctorate degree in 2004, cum laude, from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in Memphis, Tennessee.
Ms. Flavin was a member of the Cecil C. Humphrey's School of Law's Law Review. She is the published author of Agency - Givens v. Mullikin: Tennessee Supreme Court Hold that Insurance Company and Insured May Be Vicariously Liable for the Tortious Acts of Defense Counsel.
Prior to joining Chilton Yambert Porter LLP, Ms. Flavin worked with several law firms spanning the practice areas of general litigation, family law and insurance defense.
Ms. Flavin is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association.
