Corporate Practice

The attorneys in Chilton Yambert Porter's Corporate Practice Group advise and assist clients concerning various aspects of business transactions. Our attorneys work with entrepreneurs to launch new businesses, by providing practical legal advice and creating appropriate legal entities. We represent both small and large businesses in the purchase or sale of businesses, including both stock and asset transactions. We have also represented clients in the negations for, and drafting of, joint venture agreements. Additionally, our attorneys work with our clients to negotiate and draft contracts for the sale or purchase of goods and services.
