Jonathan has been integral part of litigation teams in complex commercial cases on a wide range of topics including alleged construction defects, trade secret misappropriation, and fiduciary duty litigation. His experience includes all aspects of litigation from investigation, pleadings, and discovery through trial, settlement, and appeal. He has tried multiple cases to verdict and has litigated cases in courts across the country including in Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Texas, California, New York, and Colorado.

Naturally competitive, Jonathan approaches all cases from day one as if that case is going to trial. His litigation practice focuses on intellectual property, toxic tort, class actions and mass actions, and financial services litigation. Jonathan prides himself on not only getting to know his clients' litigation needs but also their businesses as a whole. In addition to his commercial practice, Jonathan has been included on the Missouri Bar Association's Pro Bono Hall of Fame from 2015 to 2019 and has been recognized by St. Louis Lawyer Monthly Magazine for his pro bono work.

Jonathan lives in St. Louis, Missouri where he graduated law school cum laude from Washington University in 2015. During law school, Jonathan worked as a legal research assistant for Gregory Magarian assisting Professor Magarian on his book, Managed Speech: The Roberts Court's First Amendment. Prior to law school, Jonathan clerked at Chilton Yambert & Porter, and he is excited to re-join the firm, this time as a senior associate.
