Ms. Goins joined Chilton Yambert Porter LLP in 2024. Her practice focuses on insurance defense, insurance coverage opinions and municipal defense. Ms. Goins' practice coverage includes depositions, arguing motions, appellate work, bench trials, jury trials, mediation and arbitration.

In 1999, Ms. Goins obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Human Resources from Trevecca University, cum laude, in Nashville, Tennessee. Ms. Goins graduated with her juris doctorate degree in 2004, cum laude, from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in Memphis, Tennessee.
Ms. Goins was a member of the Cecil C. Humphrey's School of Law's Law Review. She is the published author of Agency - Givens v. Mullikin: Tennessee Supreme Court Hold that Insurance Company and Insured May Be Vicariously Liable for the Tortious Acts of Defense Counsel.
