Ariana Neely Associate

Ariana Neely joined Chilton Yambert Porter LLP in 2025. Her practice focuses primarily on Workers Compensation defense. Ariana's diligent approach to litigation involves conducting discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions before the court, and collaborating with experts to shape compelling case theories. She is also skilled at navigating negotiations to secure favorable settlements for her clients.

Ariana received her Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston in 2020, where she served as Vice-President of the Woman's Law Caucus and as a member of the executive board for Phi Alpha Delta. She also attended Northwestern University School of Law where she received an LLM in Taxation in 2021. Prior to attending law school, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Mary's College of Maryland in 2016.

Ariana's experience includes working at the Securities and Exchange Commission as well as firms specializing in plaintiff-side securities litigation and property tax appeals. Prior to joining CYP, Ariana worked for an accounting firm, where she helped corporations and partnerships minimize their state tax liability, as well as helping them to complete and file their state tax returns. In her spare time, Ariana loves to read, sail, and crochet.
