James A. Santucci Partner

Jim joined Chilton Yambert Porter as an Associate in 2000. He was elected Partner in 2003. Jim has extensive jury trial experience involving all aspects of civil litigation. He also has vast trial experience before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission including matters at the appellate level. He has successfully argued before the Illinois Appellate Court with publication and has been published in local newspapers on tort litigation related issues. Jim has also tried Maritime/Admiralty cases and has been the lead attorney for employment discrimination cases before the Federal and State Court of Illinois.

He currently serves as a Special Assistant State's Attorney in DuPage County. He has served as an Arbitrator for the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration Program and has also served as a judge for the National Mock Trial Competition sponsored by The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
